The room is really nice and has everything you could need. Free breakfast was good but no western options. Spa downstairs was great as well though a little cold in January. When we were going to miss the included breakfast because of an early tour, they woke up early to give us a breakfast to go. Also, there was a billing mix-up and they worked quickly to make sure everything was resolved. The woman at the front desk was so kind and cheerful.

We ordered blazing shrimp, beef pho and chicken vermicelli.
